Meet Sarah, one of our absolute hustlers at Veda! She’s always on the move, balancing a full-time schedule while seeing a majority of our clients around Ferndale and up to an hour away. Chances are, if you’re near her neck of the woods, Sarah will be coming to you—whether it’s during her lunch break or after a long day of work—making sure you get the care and attention you deserve.
But Sarah isn’t just a go-getter—she’s also a huge learner. She’s constantly diving into anything new and beneficial in the health and wellness field, asking thoughtful questions and soaking up knowledge like a sponge. That means when Sarah is your nurse, you have someone inquisitive, knowledgeable, and always growing, dedicated to helping you feel your best.
We absolutely love having Sarah on our team, and we know you’ll love working with her too.
What is your role at Veda Hydration? Wellness nurse, providing exceptional service to all of my clients.
How long have you been with the company? 3 + wonderful years
What's your favorite IV drip or booster? NAD+ as an IV or shot hands down. Makes you feel like a rockstar, boosts energy and mental clarity and overall you just feel great!
What's one wellness tip that you swear by and always recommend to clients? Stay hydrated and get outside, even when it’s cold! Also SPF, always!
What’s the most memorable experience you’ve had while working at Veda? I’ve had the pleasure of working with some amazing athletes and musicians. Providing an IV for a musician on a tour bus just after they got off stage. I was also invited to go to the after party.
What’s your favorite way to unwind after a long day? Hot bath with all the bubbles, epsom salt, candles and a cup of tea.
What’s your favorite small business outside of Veda? Quix Chocolate in Ferndale. I love dark chocolate and they have so many options. Everything they offer is beautiful and delicious.
What’s one unique thing about you that people might not know, outside of your work at Veda? I played varsity ice hockey in high school.
